The MARS Cartridge is similar to R4 version 3,  it can support upto 32G Micro SD Card. Mars card is more reliable than R4 Version 3, DSTT and M3.  Unfortunately the Mars card can not support Ninedon DSi. Please check the followling link to buyer new R4i card.
