Returns

To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions, then log in to Your Account > Completed Orders > Return items.

Return Policy

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from r4ishop.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any of the items were damaged in transit, please report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 7 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians

a.
we will return the item to you(in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage),

b.
Goods opened are no longer liable for a refund. A Credit Note will be issued in its place.

Please Note:
To qualify for a refund or exchange the  faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect , misuse or  normal wear and tear.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 14 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

Within the warranty period we will repair or replace the faulty, we are very sorry that r4ishop do not provide the full refund within the warranty period.

If the customers insist to request refund after 14 days of receipt, we will give 85% Credit of the current price value as the refund.

Then each additional month, we will charge additional 10% Credit of the current price as the restock fees. For example: After 3 months of reception, we will give 65% Credit (e.g. 85%-10%-10%) of the current price value as the refund.

Open-Box Items (Used)

Please note that our open-box (used) stock is sold with 90 calendar days warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 90 days of receipt will not be accepted.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt.

The return item must not be used and must be 'as new' when return it to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, and the return postage is on your own expense. Once the item is received at r4ishop.co.uk, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method (The orginal postage is not refundable).

Please note:
This policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.(The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to @work customers or our Business customers)

For non faulty goods

a. If the delivery item is not what you ordered or the delivery item is incorrect quantity, r4ishop.co.uk shall have no liability to you unless you contact our customer services team within 7 days of delivery for a Returns Authorisation

b. If you notify a problem to r4ishop.co.uk under this condition, r4ishopr4ishop.co.uk's only obligation will be, at its option: - to make good any shortage or non-delivery;  or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment.

c. r4ishop.co.uk will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to r4ishop.co.uk under this condition and r4ishop.co.uk shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

d. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under the applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit r4ishop.co.uk's liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

e. All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt, if r4ishop.co.uk discovers any defects r4ishop.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you.

Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract
